CEO MURDERER or HERO

This is an odd story with a brutal ending. Well, my uneducated guess is this type of thing is not over. Is this guy a hero? Don't panic, I make a point, nothing more.

Well, I have been on the other side of a Healthcare Insurance Company. I totally get the anger. The laws favor the Insurance Company. I ask how many deaths has this man been accountable for. He is at the top. Most of these Insurance companies farm the Claims process to a 3rd party. The writing on the bullets is odd. They are saying the bullets say Deny, Defend and Depose.

Many whistleblowers of these 3rd party Claims Processing Companies have stated that the model of the procedures is Delay, Deny and Defend. That is why Depose in lieu of Delay is an odd choice.

I should mention I had my Life and Health, Property and Casualty as well as a series 6 license. I had Licences to sell Insurance as well as appointments with major Insurance Companies in over 20 states. Many of you who know me already know this is true. Does this make me an expert on this situation? Hell no. I just wanted to make that point and anybody who gives a crap can look it up. I am sure my licenses are quite easy to verify. Just a point of interest not a bragging point but again, "It isn't bragging when it's true."

Anyway, Insurance Companies are making HUGE profits folks. They DENY, DENY, DENY and get away with it under laws that protect them and people seem to have very little value in the big picture other than the premiums you pay. I would imagine if you have been affected by this process it is hard to pity this guy. I get it.

The Claims process is an interesting process for a couple of reasons. #1 Insurance Companies use 3rd party Companies to process these claims. Why? Well it's more cost effective obviously for them. But what about culpability. This fact offers the insurance company to blame the third party Claims Processing Company who for sure could care less about you.

#2 It has been stated by whistleblowers from the 3rd Party Claims Processing Companies that their motto IN TRAINING is Delay, Deny and Defend. They also stated they are motivated purely by numbers and paid bonuses for Denials meaning MANY TIMES PEOPLE GET DENIALS THEY KNOW THEY SHOULD NOT DENY BUT IT IS A NUMBERS GAME.

#3 The Insurance companies also pay the 3rd party Companies based on numbers of Denials. These are sad facts.

The Insurance Companies can always point the finger at the Claims Processing Companies. It should be illegal to use 3rd parties to handle claims. It should all be handled in house. They take all your premiums in house and they profit Millions not including the CEO Salaries and Bonuses. This is all legal and OK with the Stock Holders whom are interested in only profit. It's also OK with the Insurance Commissioners in every state. WRITE TO THEM TO INFLUENCE CHANGES IN LAW.

Now again, is the Assassin a Murderer or a Hero. Many are calling him a hero. Isn't that barbaric? What have we become in this country. We cheer a man being gunned down. I DON'T AGREE WITH IT, BUT I UNDERSTAND.

Ultimately, murder is just wrong. Moreover, it is truly sad that it had to come down to a barbaric Assassination to make a point. It is a war tho isn't it. It is war. When you have been on the Denial side or a family member or loved one is on the Denial side of a Behemoth Insurance Company and they die while Insurance Companies profits soar and they celebrate profit .It makes you more than sick and angry.

Folks, Insurance Companies are in fact Serial Killers with huge numbers in Deaths. They don't really hand these statistics out in their advertisements to sell you coverage. Why should a CEO be any more important than the many people that die each year do to the Delay, Deny and Defend moniker they live by. I'll say it, these people share culpability in thousands and thousands of deaths and they are all within legal guidelines. Is that right?

I do pray sincerely that we do NOT celebrate a cold blooded barbarically methodical murder. It's terrible and simply put wrong.

I would highly recommend the Insurance companies STOP Denying 30 percent of the Claims they get and take the claims process IN HOUSE where they belong. They should quit celebrating HUGE profits and start celebrating who has the lowest amount of deaths. Folks it is absolutely disgusting the amount of money Insurance Companies make and Government regulations are WEAKER THAN CIRCUS LEMONADE against these companies.

Yes it's a phukn rant. It's all true do the research and try to find the real numbers and good luck. The Insurance Companies want the killer of this CEO and they are loud about it. I noticed that they aren't equally loud about all of the deaths they are accountable for. So sad. I hate Insurance Companies and I am no longer in the crappy field. I do hope the Assassin is brought to Justice soon. Murder is still wrong. We are not supposed to be barbarians and celebrating a mans assassination is sickening NO MATTER WHO IT IS. Yes, I said it. We have seen this before and you all know what I am talking about.

So Murderer or Hero? Murderer! Folks, when you condone this type of thing we become as bad as the people that do it. Ughhh at the risk of unpopularity I say it again, "I don't agree with it, but I do understand the anger."

God bless the CEO family and friends. It is a tragedy and I pray for them. I also pray that the Insurance Companies can learn to put People before Profits. (Won't happen) GREED ALWAYS TAKES PRECEDENCE. Even with all the homeless people on the streets. So sad all of it. I mean let's face it, the rich continue to get richer. That is my heart and my amateur psychoanalysis.

My guess is they will have this killer within another 48 hours. They have the back pack. Ughhhhh.......
