Alec Baldwin Sues for Malicious Prosecution. He should sue his High School for letting him graduate so STUPID!

Really? This is the U.S. where a lousy actor can shoot a woman, walk out of court on a technicality and sue for Malicious Prosecution claiming he was victimized. Ohhhhh OK.

Oddly, other people go to jail when he was the idiot holding the gun. Is there something wrong with this picture? I mean it was his hand that pulled the trigger was it not? Oh yeah, the pistol malfunctioned and his reckless behavior had nothing to do with it? The gun really didn't malfunction either. His finger was on the trigger, he pulled the trigger, the gun went off, precisely like it was supposed to.

It was an accident, I get it. He didn't mean to kill her. But he did kill her did he not? If he was driving a stunt car and ran over 6 kids, would he say the car was a Hollywood car and blame the Stunt Coordinators, my guess is , YES.

Perhaps this is some of the reason there is a little distaste in Hollywood. I am wondering if some peasant like you or me shot a lady in the face on a movie set would we get away with that? My guess is NO. It's pretty disgusting really.

Then, in the wake of Wildfires destroying California, we get the news that Alec Baldwin's Lawyers file a suit for Malicious Prosecution claiming poor little pussy boy Alec has been victimized.

My message to Alec Baldwin. You were acting like a fool with a loaded weapon. It was a REAL GUN not a Squirt Gun. Yes it was supposed to be loaded with Blanks but it wasn't and in the chain of custody you were last to hold, point and shoot the weapon. You walked out of court and can't be tried again. Maybe you should call your movie, "LUCKY".

You get to live and the Mother you shot by accident got to die. You walk out of court and now you feel victimized. It's disgusting and I suggest you be happy you still have a career and that all your family is alive.

The worst acting I ever saw was all the fake crocodile tears you cried on the news and in court. What a performance all while blaming everyone but yourself and let's face it, all you cared about was yourself and as soon as the smoke clears literally, we all are gonna see you in court phony crying again. Get your shit together. Take a Gun Safety Course for crying out loud. I swear to God my Grandfather would have literally slapped the shit out of me if he would have seen me point a squirt gun in somebody's face. Think about it.

The man really is lucky. Just like OJ Simpson, a woman died by his hand and he gets to walk out of court unscathed. Why? Because he is a 1 percenter and has millions of dollars. It is disgusting. In his defence I don't see a defense. Nobody else in THE REAL world would have gotten away with that but this jackboot did. It was an accident, he didn't mean to do it, but he did it and gets to go on with his career. It was a tragic accident, but the gun didn't malfunction. He pointed it at a person playing cowboy and it was a REAL gun with a REAL bullet. Then the SMARMY jackboot feels victimized about a lawyer withholding evidence. A technicality that doesn't change the facts of who was holding the pistol and who's finger was on the trigger. I won't even mention all the corruption that took place in this courtroom to allow this to happen. Somebody somewhere got PAID to make this all happen of course I can't really prove it but this really was a miscarriage of justice.

Alec, honestly you should sue your High School. You really are an idiot and that shit should be a slam dunk. You know, like in Basketball. Hey, on a lighter note, when your dumb movie comes out, I can pretty much guarantee a Box Office Smash because everybody is gonna go to this movie so you get to be unjustly enriched as well as getting a by for shooting and killing a lady. Congrats you idiot. If I were you, I'm not and I want to make that clear, I would consider not pushing my luck.

One last thing Alec, do you have any REAL guilt for your actions and does it bother you that the little girl that was second to last in the chain of custody is in prison? It really bothers me. God is watching and you should let your lawsuit go you greedy jerk. YOU FEEL VICTIMIZED? What about the Husband left without a wife, the Parents without their daughter, her friends with a huge void and most of all the Child without a Mother. It's heartbreaking isn't it?

Alec missed the mark on this one, literally! When his EXPENSIVE Lawyers win I would suggest Alec give EVERY PENNY to that child. You won't tho because you are a selfish and greedy human being. What a class act Alec Baldwin is. The Victim. If Alec aldwin is running for Asshole of the decade let it be known, “ALEC HAS MY VOTE!”
